Sharon Wood is Co-Founder/CEO of Cat In Woods, LLC. Previously, Sharon was Founder/CEO of Stone Creek Entertainment which created apps for girls and women. Her Karizmac Luminous™ app was a Top 10 app in 34 countries, empowering girls and women everywhere to be confident about their opinions.

Sharon has a 34 year career spanning sports marketing, entertainment marketing, marketing to kids and digital marketing, working with leading brands such as Major League Baseball, The US Olympic Training Center, Burger King, Miller Brewing Company, Sears, Nabisco, Pepsi Cola, Frito Lay, MTV and Seventeen Magazine. She has also launched more than thirty video games including: Grand Theft Auto, Stacked with Daniel Negraneau, Ten Pin Alley and Adventure Game of the Year, Sanitarium.

 

Sharon is also Co-Founder/CEO of Happy People Games, LLC, a serious digital games company. She assembled and leads a multi-disciplinary team of behavioral psychologists, educators and game designers and programmers. The Company received a grant from the U.S. Department of Education to research and develop a sexual assault prevention digital app for high school students and also received a grant from the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development to research and develop a sexual assault prevention digital app for college students.


Kat Allen is Co-Founder and VP, Creative at Cat in Woods.  Previously Kat was a co-founder of Stone Creek Entertainment, which created apps for girls and women.  Kat drove the creative vision and directed the content for Karizmac Luminous, which was a Top 10 app in 34 countries.

Kat also created Her Pet Peeves, which was released in partnership with Seventeen Magazine, and Flirt, which was sponsored by MTV. She also wrote and edited copy for the Happy People Games sexual assault prevention app.

Previously, Kat worked on marketing campaigns with American Express, MTV and Gaia Online.

 

Christine Casey, Ed.D, has worked as an educator and school administrator for more than 40 years. Dr. Casey’s work was acknowledged by numerous awards, including a Congressional Award. Chris created a series of curriculum that has been downloaded by more than 100,000 teachers for the innovative work of ByKidsForKids and soft skills curriculum for the Office of Disability Education Policy.


Jake Wood is a co-founder of Cat In Woods. Jake created game concepts, analyzed game usage data for Happy People Games, and was an Associate Producer of MTV VLES (Virtual Lower Eastside), Karizmac Luminous and co-created 3 serious game educational games.
